Product Care
Although we take great pride in our merchandise, we recommend that all Costume Jewelry be handled with care. To maintain and protect your jewelry from damage, always remember to remove items when bathing or hand washing, spraying perfume or hair spray may alter the luster of your gem.

Shipping
After your order has been confirmed & authorized it will be processed and shipped out to you within 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please allow 2-7 business days for USPS Priority delivery; the delivery time depends on the zone you live in.  You will receive a conformation email, which will include your USPS tracking #.  Shipping prices include insurance and confirmation of delivery.

Return Policy:
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or a store credit. The item/s must be returned to BlyngBlyng.com, within 7 days of shipment date, in its original unworn and resalable condition (this includes tags attached). You must contact us prior to shipping and we will provide a return authorization number and our return address. Please pack the items carefully, and write the RA number on the outside of the package, and be sure to ship insured and provide tracking number. Please provide a copy of your receipt along with the reason for your return. Any returns with out a copy of the receipt will not be accepted.

Please note that refunds are not permitted.

Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen merchandise.
